Our head office is in West London, and we work with the ethos that head office should find, nurture and motivate the best possible minds because they will solve our Clients’ problems. That is still our guiding ethos today.

 

Initially, we worked with IT, finance & engineering, later with the NHS. During the 2008-9 global crash some clients were only giving a green light to projects that would give a 100% ROI within 3 months, yet we grew significantly.

Throughout the crash and its aftermath we realised that healthcare was not our sector, so we focussed back on IT, finance & engineering.

 

We particularly welcome & reward ‘rainmakers’ who bring in assignments, as well as deliver them. There is a fast track to partnership for those that build our business as well as bringing the consulting skills our clients need.
